National Women's Month

In the Philippines, National Women's Month holds profound significance, serving as a testament to the resilience, strength, and unwavering spirit of Filipinas across the archipelago. From the iconic figures of Philippine history like Gabriela Silang and Melchora Aquino to the modern-day heroes advocating for gender equality, Filipino women have played instrumental roles in shaping the nation's past, present, and future.   Education stands as a cornerstone of empowerment for Filipino women, with initiatives aimed at providing equal access to schooling and vocational training. Organizations like the Gabriela Women's Party and the Philippine Commission on Women work tirelessly to address gender disparities in education, employment, and healthcare, empowering women to break free from the cycle of poverty and realize their full potential.   Yet, challenges persist, with issues such as gender-based violence, limited economic opportunities, and cultural stereotypes cont...

3rd Quarter Reflection

3rd Quarter is the 2nd to last before the school year ends, and Ive learned alot especially about HTML coding. Which seemed complicated at first, but it was easier than I expected. Im not saying its easy but it was definitely easier than I expected it to be.  But every good thing also has some bad things. There were challenges faced in this quarter, specifically my time management. It tested my resilience and ability to adapt.  I encountered these challenges via reading on how to overcome them, as well as trying to adapt my own techniques and strategies. Like instead of doing it all at once, why not do it in small pieces. Just like eating, you cant always eat the whole thing, most likely, you have to bite it into smaller pieces to consume. Same goes with problems and challenges in life. https://www.enago.com/academy/time-management-tips-for-researchers/ https://www.shutterstock.com/search/3rd-quarter

February 14, 2024, marked not only Valentine's Day but also a typical school day for students across the nation. As classrooms buzzed with the usual chatter of lessons and assignments, hearts were aflutter with the anticipation of romantic gestures and heartfelt expressions. Let's delve into the unique experience of celebrating Valentine's Day as a student, where the pursuit of knowledge intertwines with the pursuit of love. While some may view Valentine's Day as a distraction from academic pursuits, for students, it offers a chance to create lasting memories amidst the routine of school life. From sharing chocolates with classmates to surprising a special someone with a heartfelt gesture in between lectures, these small moments of connection add color to the monotony of the school day. Whether it's a shy confession in the hallway or a secret rendezvous in the school courtyard, love finds its way into the most unexpected corners of campus life. As the final bell...

Highschool Day

Highschool day is a day where highschoolers celebrate their, duh, high school life. It's full of laughter, happiness, and memories. As for me, I would think it was just a typical high school day, boring, but it was the time that I actually enjoyed it. I was a part of the band that performed in front of hundreds of people in the school gym. It was fun, and thrilling, as it was my first performance apart from my days of elementary. Not just that, we've also performed dances, and watched dances of other grade levels.  High school day ends with the last performance of the students who have performed for Battle of the Bands. And every body has had a wonderful time. From morning, to the parade, to the watching, and dancing for the high school day, that we have been practicing in the hot sun for a week, from watching talented teachers, and students perform in front of the crowd, high school day was filled with wonderful memories to be remembered.
